We will explain the trustee/foreclosure sale process in depth so that you understand it inside and out. We cover common myths and ‘debunk’ them. If you’re a real estate agent we will teach you how to make a commission off of the foreclosure sale process. Real estate agents participating in the auction sales are making an average of $5k more per month in commissions. You will learn how to do your pre and post auction due diligence so that your experience will be lucrative and enjoyable. We walk you through our online system so that you understand the unique tools we offer.
Our tools consist of:
• Bid Barometer: A tool that shows you how much properties are selling within one mile or within the entire zip code of your potential purchase. This let’s you set a realistic bid price. This tool also lets you know how long houses are taking to sell once they are put back on the market in your selected area
• You can search for houses based on over 10 different criteria’s
• You’ll have your own dedicated search list that holds up to 200 properties for you to watch
• We will check title and liens for you
• We will bid on your behalf
• You’ll have access to our deal desk. This means you’ll have custom one on one help anytime you need it.
