Property Photo - Property photos are posted 12 days prior to the auction date.
Market Comparables
Original Notice of Trustee Sale* - The original notice will supply you with the details on where to go to bid and time of sale. We also keep an extensive data base on Trustee information including; contact information, location, sign in instructions, and payments instructions including deposit amounts.
Sales Results, Monitoring, and Postponement Tracking

*Original Notices of Trustee Sales are supplied when ever and where ever the counties allow online access. When a notice is not available we will instruct you on where to locate it. In most cases it requires a personal visit to the recorders office in that specific county and viewing the image on their system.

Basic Package - Foreclosure Listings

This package is mainly used by clients who choose to work with pre-foreclosures and are less interested in what a property looks like. They are usually going to market to all trustors on the list well before photos are posted.

Our Basic Package includes:

Sale information with updates
Does not include: Property Photo, Market Comparables, and Original Notice.

BOTH packages include access to a "JUST THE LIST" feature which allows you access to pre-foreclosure information on properties that are added daily by the county recorder's office.
